Do you charge a delivery fee?
If you are within 20km of Melton, VIC – delivery is FREE!
If you are outside of that radius but within 30km – delivery is $10. If you are outside the 30km radius unfortunately we currently do not offer delivery.
Can I select an exact time for my delivery?
Whilst we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, if you note a timeframe down in your delivery instructions (e.g. before 10am) we will always try our best to accommodate where we can.
What happens if I’m/delivery recipient is not home?
If there is no one home to accept the delivery, we will leave your blooms in a safe place out of harm’s way and we will take a photo. This can be sent to you if you contact us.
Though please note, flowers are susceptible to the heat and weather conditions, so it’s always best to ensure they aren’t going to be left out for too long to guarantee best quality.
Why do my blooms look different than the online picture?
Whilst we always try our best to replicate the flower bunches we post online, flower type and colours for each bouquet may vary as to what is market fresh on the day. As we always want to ensure our customers are getting the loveliest and freshest blooms possible!
Do you deliver to hospitals?
You betcha! There’s rarely an establishment we WON’T deliver to.
Just ensure you provide us the:
- Hospital Name
- Patient Full name
- Ward Name
- Bed Number
